Firstly, thank you to the overwhelming majority of our customers who take the time to read the info on any specific page and act accordingly. Sadly, there are those for whom reading seems to be a challenge, as does following basic instructions, hence the need for the following;

If you are ordering a Windscreen VIN label, you MUST add the dimensions of the text in the 'Special order instructions' section. Failure to do this will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

You must include at least one clear image of the original VIN label you wish us to produce. At least one image should show the ENTIRE label, though you may add extra images of close-ups to show any fine detail.

We categorically WILL NOT amend any details on any part of the original VIN label, so save all our time by not asking.

We WILL NOT replace any defaced items on vehicles purchased from salvage auctions such as Copart

All items produced are, quite obviously, bespoke to your particular vehicle. We cannot therefore accept any returns once an order has been placed. We will, of course, replace without question any items which we may have printed incorrectly (There are humans running this thing after all, and mistakes do happen very occasionally)
